Please note that all payments for coaching sessions, programs, or referral meetings are non-refundable. If a client cancels or fails to attend a scheduled session or meeting, no refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances.

Clients may request to reschedule a session provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given. This 48-hour period refers to business hours and does not include weekends or public holidays. Reschedule requests made within 48 business hours of the scheduled session may be declined and will be treated as a cancellation, with no refund or credit provided. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking to ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Additional reschedule requests will not be accepted and may result in forfeiture of the session.

We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you experience unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee an alternative, we will review such cases with fairness and may offer flexibility at our sole discretion.
